Here is the plein air piece I mentioned yesterday. It was a very overcast day--the windy, drizzly kind where full-on rain is inevitable. Tomorrow I'll post a piece I did in the studio of the same scene--just purposely changed things up a bit.

Fresh colors and super forground brushwork!
Love the composition. I find gray days a great challenge. Due to Colorado's 300 sunny days / year, they're easy to avoid, but really tach me so much about value/color.
You definitely captured the drizzly feeling!!! I love the blues and greens together. XOXO
