Between Here and There

Between Here and There, 9 x 12
sold

Along the farm-to-market road in Hunt there is this group of trees--they catch my eye every time I drive by. I am completely enamored with trees and their gestures. This is between Hunt and our place...thus the name.

I understand why this bank of trees has a hold of your eyes, love everything about this painting, too.

Julie! I love this painting. Would it be difficult to send it here to Ohio?

Julie, this is a wonderful composition. My eyes go from the road to the trees, back to the road, etc, all while the disappearing distance is making itself felt. Again, it's wonderful.

I was reading Laurel website and she mentioned your name with a link. I'm glad shed did. I like this one it has a nice atmosphere to it. I bet it was real hot. I'm actually down below Houston and wish we had more hills and scenery like the Austin area, I'm just jealous :).
